Positive notes in diary over the whole year – if you get 3 you get rid of a strike (Mr Doherty must have signed off on this) – if you have no strikes and you get 3 positive notes you will gain 1 mark – again this must be signed off before the interviews

This has got to be the first thing on your 5 minute presentation – u have to answer the following points honestly and truthfully – we will have all the information sitting in front of us so if there are any differences we will pull you up on it at the end of your presentation – now that would not be good!!
